Dr. Evon Zoog finished his undergraduate work at UNC-Charlotte before receiving his medical degree at UNC-Chapel Hill. He then moved to Chattanooga where he completed his general surgery residency and felt his passion for plastic surgery grow.  

He was selected to train in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the prestigious University of Alabama at Birmingham where under the direction of Dr. Jorge de la Torre, he had the privilege of being trained and mentored by some of the top plastic surgeons in the country.

He completed over 100 free flap breast reconstruction procedures alongside Dr. R. Jobe Fix, one of the premier microsurgeons in the United States.

Dr. Zoog’s areas of specialty include breast reconstruction, 3D liposuction and body contouring after weight loss, breast augmentation, breast lift, abdominoplasty, facelift, neck lift, brow lift, gynecomastia, and rhinoplasty

Dr. Harper has been in the Charlotte area since 2012 and has garnered a reputation as one of the most compassionate and gifted plastic and reconstructive surgeons. He is committed to providing each patient with the individual attention they deserve in order to achieve natural and beautiful results.

He is highly regarded in the areas of cosmetic breast and body surgery, revisionary breast surgery, cosmetic surgery after weight loss, and breast reconstruction for breast cancer patients. His dedication to women battling breast cancer is one of his major passions, as he strives to bring hope and encouragement at a difficult time.

Dr. Harper is double-board certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He is married and has two beautiful children, Wyatt and Yates. He enjoys traveling, snow-skiing, and spending time with his family.
